Raven is built by one person. If something breaks, feels confusing, or puts your notes at risk, email me directly and I’ll help.

Refunds and purchases
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. If Raven does not fit, start with reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sync troubleshooting
- Make sure you are signed in with Apple on every device where you want cloud sync.
- Confirm each device has an internet connection.
- Leave Raven open for a moment after large edits, folder moves, or first-time vault setup.
- If you see a conflict, use Raven’s review options instead of deleting conflict copies manually.
- If a note looks wrong, stop editing it and email support before making more changes.
Your files
Raven stores notes locally as plain Markdown files. Deleting your Raven account removes synced server-side account and note data, but it does not delete Markdown files already stored on your device.
Account deletion
If you use Sign in with Apple for cloud sync, you can delete your Raven account in the app. Account deletion revokes active Raven sessions and removes synced server-side account data.
