Terms and Conditions

These terms are the simple rules for using Raven. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Using Raven

You may use Raven for personal or internal work, as long as you use it lawfully and do not try to break, copy, or misuse the app in ways not allowed by law.

2. App Store purchases

If you download Raven through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s App Store rules and terms also apply. Purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple.

3. Your content

Your notes and files are yours. You are responsible for what you store, import, or share using the app.

4. Things you cannot do

You may not:

• use Raven for anything illegal,
• try to interfere with or reverse engineer the app except where law allows it,
• use third-party integrations in ways that violate their rules, or
• use Raven to store or distribute unlawful or infringing material.

5. Pricing and changes

Pricing, plans, and features may change over time. If Raven offers a lifetime purchase, that purchase applies on the terms shown at the time you buy it and includes future updates made available for that lifetime version of the app.

6. Sync and hosting

Raven uses backend infrastructure, including Convex, to sync data between your devices. Availability of sync features depends on the availability of those services and your network connection.

7. Third-party services

If you connect Raven to third-party tools or services, those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. No guarantees

Raven is provided as-is to the extent allowed by law. The app may change, improve, break, or be unavailable from time to time.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Raven is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.

10. Ending access

Your right to use Raven can end if you materially violate these terms.
